Analytics That Comes to You
Tell Sipi’s agents what you care about, and the analysis is done for you. Insights arrive in your inbox or team chat, on your schedule. No dashboards to check. No reports to run. Nothing new to learn.
From DataVine, seven years of reporting and analysis for wineries.
The Honest Limitation of Reporting: It Waits for You
We’ve spent seven years building reporting and analysis for wineries. Dashboards are useful, but a dashboard doesn’t know what you care about. You have to go look, figure out what changed, and find the time to do something about it.
You have to go look
The dashboard sits there until you log in, usually after the moment has passed
You have to interpret it
Figuring out what changed and why is still your job
You have to find the time
The follow-up you know you should do lands on a list that never gets shorter
Sipi flips that. You tell the agents what you care about, and the analysis is done for you.
Here’s What That Looks Like
The morning VIP briefing is one of the first agents most wineries turn on.
Pulls today’s reservations
Every morning, before your tasting room opens, an agent checks who’s coming in today.
Cross-checks your member list
It matches reservations against club members and purchase history, no human required.
Drafts the briefing
Which VIPs are coming in, what they’ve bought before, what they should taste today.
In the manager’s inbox
Sitting in the manager-on-duty’s inbox before doors open.
Nobody ran a report. Intelligence, automated.
An Agent Without Data Is Just a Chatbot
The reason Sipi works is the data. It connects to the systems you already run, so the agents can do real work: cross-reference, catch things, draft the follow-up.
Using a different platform? If it has your data in it, we can usually connect it. That’s the first thing we scope. Ask us about yours.
There Is Nothing New to Learn
All of this happens in the email and team chat you already use. When you have a question, you don’t log into anything. You just reply.
Why did club signups dip in June?
June signups were 14, down from 23 in May. The dip is almost entirely from tasting-room conversions. Walk-in traffic was normal, but signup rate at the bar fell from 8.1% to 4.9%.
That lines up with the two weekends your patio was closed for the private events on June 7–8 and 21–22.
How this is calculated: club signups ÷ tasting-room orders, from Commerce7, weekends only. Want the weekend-by-weekend table?
Self-service reporting, actually solved: your dashboard becomes something you can talk to.
If It Touches Your Data, the Agents Can Work With It
For Larger Wineries
Sipi accelerates your team. The analysis, cross-referencing, and first drafts are done before your staff sits down, so they spend their time on judgment and guests, not pulling reports.
For Smaller Wineries
Sipi takes over the things you know you should be doing but never have time for: the follow-ups, the segmentation, the week-over-week look at what’s working.
How It Works
Tell Us What You Care About
The questions you always have and the tasks you never get to. That’s what we point the agents at.
We Connect Your Systems
Your POS, reservations, email, and website. The systems you already run, connected once.
Insights Come to You
Briefings and alerts arrive in email or team chat on your schedule. When you have a question, you just reply.
Start Small. Scale as It Earns Its Keep.
A small base fee covers the infrastructure. Beyond that, pricing scales with what you use, so a small winery can start genuinely small.
Base
Your data, connected and secured
- A private data warehouse of your own, isolated from every other winery
- Connections to the systems you already run
- Delivery to the email and team chat you already use
Usage
Scales with the work the agents do
- Turn agents on one at a time, starting with a single briefing
- Add more as they prove their value
- No contracts, and scaling down is as easy as scaling up
Exact pricing depends on which systems we connect. It’s a quick scoping conversation, not a sales gauntlet.
